Online activation troubleshooting - Error # 4173

Note! If you have a SolidCAM hardware USB key you are not required to do an online activation.

Error 4173 means the product key you enterted is invalid. SolidCAM activation product key is a 36 characters string witn numbers and letter and 4 dashes seperating segments of the key. Example:

If you have a product key in this format, please perform the following:

1. Verify that you inserted the product key correctly without extra characters.
2. If you are still not able to activate, please send your local reseller the activation log. Click here for example how to save the log
